The TRS 550 Spaleck Recycling Screen is a highly efficient and versatile mobile screening machine, with a specialist screenbox from German manufacturer Spaleck. The proven Terex platform, with standard features such as a steel apron feeder, combined with state of the art 3D top deck screening panels and a highly aggressive flip-flow bottom deck allow the TRS 550 to perform in the most difficult of applications.

The intelligent 3D top deck design virtually eliminates blockages while the aggressive flip flow mats never blind over even in the dampest of material, greatly reducing downtime and maximising production capabilities. Scrap metal, compost, wood chips, difficult soils, auto fluff and C&D waste are just a few of the many applications this machine excels in.

  • Heavy duty, abrasion resistant, steel apron feeder as standard.  Ideal for feeding heavy of bulk material.
  • 3D punchplate as standard.  Virtually blockage free using intelligent design.  Material turners used to ensure maximum fines removal.
  • Optional 3D Rubber panels and heavy duty rubber top deck available. Both options ideal for processing difficult sticky material.
  • Aggressive flip-flow bottom deck.  Variety of mat sizes available.  Secured with friction wedges, no securing bolts.
  • Screenbox discharge end can be hydraulically raised 500mm to facilitate efficient and easy media access and changing.
